"I created Rooted & Reflective because I believe supervision should be more than case staffing and accumulated hours. Developing clinicians deserve a space where professional competence, reflective practice, identity, wellness, and ethical growth are intentionally nurtured."

Throughout my own professional journey, I have come to understand that who we are as clinicians profoundly influences the therapeutic relationship. My hope is to cultivate a supervision community where clinicians feel supported, challenged, affirmed, and empowered as they develop their professional voice and clinical identity.

How often does supervision occur?

Individual supervision sessions are scheduled based on your needs and Florida Board requirements. Group supervision meets on a consistent monthly schedule.

Is supervision virtual?

Yes. All supervision is conducted virtually, making it accessible to Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns throughout the state.

What if I miss a session?

Attendance and make-up policies are outlined in the supervision agreement reviewed during onboarding.

How do I apply?

Complete the online application and schedule a complimentary consultation. Cohort decisions are made following the consultation process.

Who is this program best suited for?

Clinicians who value reflective practice, cultural humility, professional identity development, and community-centered learning.

What are your supervision fees?

Individual Qualified Supervision is $133 per 60-minute session. The Rooted & Reflective Group Cohort is $111 per month. The Signature Supervision Experience, which includes two individual sessions and group cohort participation, is $333 per month.

Are reduced-fee spaces available?

A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available for clinicians experiencing financial hardship. Please discuss your needs during the consultation process.

Can I participate in group supervision only?

Yes. Clinicians may participate in either individual supervision, group supervision, or the Signature Supervision Experience, depending on their developmental needs and licensure requirements.

How do I know which supervision option is right for me?

During the complimentary consultation, we will discuss your professional goals, supervision needs, and determine which option may be the best fit for your growth and development.
